When I tried to do this on another site, I was informed that I will have to have the permission of the creator of the site.

well most sites let you advertise to get people to join
I know tpm wants members because there is a refferal center were you give them a link they join from using your refferal link you get points and you can get special pokemon. bad thing is the refferal center isn't done so technecally i'm not getting points for posting that link and you guys joining.
