Has anyone else noticed that after you download alot of user-made downloads the game slows down? After I downloaded many user-made downloads my game slowed down. It takes along time to load and to exit the game. While playing the game sometimes the game will freeze up for a second.

I myself haven't played in a few months. My computer died, then whenever I put it on the desktop it would take 7 minutes to load the game, then it would freeze up abou 9/10 times.

Seven minutes is a long time to load a game. When I load the game, it takes around five minutes to load.

I don't have near that many and it still takes a while for mine to load! I am hoping to clear it out soon though. Once the computer with it on it gets fixed. I am getting very angry because my computer with Zoo Tycoon two currently has a virus on it! I have not been able to play for at least two weeks!

i'm not familiar with how long zt2 loads up, but if you have any other programs running in the background such as a virus protector, or other such things that might hurt your time as well:)

hmmm i don't know then..have you tried cleaning your registry and cleaning out your temp files and such, so that your computer doesn't have a bunch of stuff on it that it doesn't need?

I am not sure. Right now I am thinking that the speed had something to do with the fact that the computer with zoo tycoon 2 now has a virus on it. It had slowed down right before we started having troubles so I think that might have been the problem.

I know your computer has processing memory the more download you have om the computer it take up more of the processing memory. So what i do is go on to task manager processes then end some of the usless processes e.g google toolbar then play the game. If you want the process just restart your computer. Hope I help

Right now my computer is completely knocked out by a virus, but we are getting it fixed soon!!!! It will probably run faster after we solve that problem.

The same thing happens to me to but do remember the more animals/objects you load the longer it takes for the game to load unless you have a fast computer. This is why I only load the animals I currently use for the zoos I make. I have about 800 animals but I don't load them all at once. This about 800 does include the main animals with original game plus expansions.

My cumputer takes so long to load I can go in another room and wacht tv for a few minutes and when I come back its done
