Will animals drink the water placed from a biome or do they need the drinks from a dish/trough?

They can drink from both the biomes' water and water dishes or troughs.

Just using the natural water will work but it is harder to do this with some animals and you will need to buy a dish. THough it is a great way to save money with most animals.

i found they prefer alpine water out of all other biomes. but still the water in food troughs and bowls are more common.
