I have zoo tycoon 1 and 2. My favorite animal in zoo tycoon 1 is the Cuadipterix. My favorite one in zoo tycoon 2 is the Pygmy hippo and the Beluga. I also LOVE to make HUGE gest areas. Mainly going into the bounce house, You can go in it on zoo guest mode! ( i'll go on in the zt part, this is alittle off topic.)
